PilateStance offers a relaxed, enjoyable environment to learn Pilates. Our classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Sign-up for classes
If you would like to sign-up for a class, you can send us an email with your contact detail and the class you are interested in by clicking on Book.
Health Screening Form
All clients are required to fill out an Enrolment form before their first class. The information on this form is only to be aware of any injuries or limitations and to ensure that you are working safely in the class. This form should be emailed back to us before your first class.
What to wear
Wear comfortable, formfitting clothes: the teacher should be able to see your alignment and your movements. Moreover, some exercises require you to work with your legs raised in the air or torso inverted, and loose clothing could ride up or fall down to be revealing. You need to have bare feet or wear non-slip socks. Avoid everything that could impede your movement, cause injury, or damage the equipment, like clothing with zippers, buttons and hood, long necklaces, big earrings, belts, dangling bracelets…
What to bring
All equipment, including mat, are provided. We recommend you bring water to stay hydrated.
Arrive on time
Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to ensure that everything is set up properly for you when class begins.
24 hours minimum is required to avoid being charged for a session or class.
