The Body Control Pilates Method is a controlled and progressive approach to Pilates. We teach the essence of the movement as a starter exercise and build up from there.
This step-by-step method gives the strength, flexibility and body awareness needed to perform more advanced classical Pilates exercises.

Work smarter

Working with control and with the correct mindful intent help to create neural pathways to re-educate faulty movement patterns. You learn to recruit your deep muscles instead of only the superficial muscles which can create imbalance caused by overusing certain muscles whilst others are neglected and become weak. As you become aware of a better way to move, you will integrate Pilates in your daily routine, allowing for proper alignment and helping to prevent injury.
