Group Classes

Our approach focuses on building movement quality and efficiency through a progressive approach to Pilates. We teach good movement skills step-by-step, so that you can enjoy the benefits of Pilates while you work safely and effectively.
The group classes are organised into short courses which follow school terms.

Our Group Classes take place at:

Westbourne Grove Church (Notting Hill) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
– Mansel Road Centre (Wimbledon) on Mondays
