Join our Classes

We offer small online group classes and private online or in-person (Bayswater – W2) private sessions. Our approach focuses on building movement quality and efficiency through a progressive approach to Pilates. We teach good movement skills step-by-step, so that you can enjoy the benefits of Pilates while you work safely and effectively.

The group classes are organised into short courses which follow school terms.

Our classes are all about:

-Developing body awareness so you can feel for yourself when you are in a correct alignment depending on the task at hand
-Promoting functional movement through a balanced session where you will have a full workout
-Moving beyond core stability
